Private One-to-One Yoga Sessions I understand that some people prefer the focused attention and connection that comes with one-to-one sessions at a day or time that suits you. Some students feel more at ease practicing in the comfort of their own home, whether that is in person or online. Online sessions offer the same level of personalisation and guidance, providing a safe space to explore yoga on your terms, in your space . Experience bespoke yoga, breathwork and mindfulness sessions uniquely tailored to suit your individual needs and goals. Whether you’re focused on building strength, enhancing flexibility, incorporating meditation, or seeking healing after an injury or trauma, these personalised sessions are crafted specifically for you. These private sessions are an excellent way to dive deeper into the beautiful layers of yoga, whether it’s Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa, or Hatha, and to gain experience in a way that feels safe and supportive for you. If you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice with dedicated one-to-one attention, these sessions can help broaden your learning and support your growth on and off the mat. Cancellation Policy

📢 Cancellation Policy Update 📢 To ensure the smooth functioning of our classes and provide the best experience for all our participants, we have updated our cancellation policy. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support in making our classes run seamlessly. We kindly request that all class cancellations be made at least eight hours before the scheduled yoga class. This change is essential to maintain the integrity and consistency of our sessions. Here’s how the new policy works: ✨ If you cancel your reservation at least eight hours in advance, there will be no charge, and your payment will be fully refunded. However, if you do not cancel within the eight-hour window, your payment for that class will be non-refundable you used a class pass to book your spot and didn’t cancel within the required time frame, the class will still be deducted from your pass and cannot be carried over We want to express our gratitude for your ongoing support and participation.
